Goulash Suppe
INGREDIENTS
Beef 250 gr
Onions 250 gr
1 clove of garlic
Paprika 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Flour 1 tablespoon
Potatoes 2
Water 1 l
PREPARATION
When you want to make the goulash recipe, lightly brown the onion and garlic in butter and oil, add the diced beef, a little paprika and a tablespoon of tomato paste.
Cook until the ingredients are well blended and the meat is well seared, then sprinkle with flour and, finally, add the water.
When the meat is almost cooked, add the diced potatoes and cook everything.
Finally, flavor the goulash with a bay leaf, grated lemon peel, a little cumin, 5 g of marjoram, a clove of garlic.
The aromas must be chopped very finely and cooked in the soup only for a very short time.
Serve hot.
