Linguine with pesto and prawns
INGREDIENTS

400 gr. of spaghetti
200 gr. of shrimp already peeled
150 gr. of pesto
Basic Preparation
1 sprig of basil
1 clove of garlic
½ red chilli
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Grated pecorino to taste
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Put a large enough pan on the heat so that it can subsequently contain spaghetti and seasoning. Heat a little oil in which to brown half a chilli pepper and the garlic clove (preferably crushed). Immediately after, add the shrimps, sauté them over high heat, add a pinch of salt, lower the heat and let them flavor for a few minutes. Turn off, cover the pan and set aside for the moment.

Cook the spaghetti in abundant salted water. Drain them al dente, toss with the pesto and add them to the shrimp in the pan. Whisk everything, serve and serve with a sprinkling of pecorino cheese and fresh basil leaves.
